THE GOAL: Bicycle approximately 1,300 miles from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA.

THE PLAN:

A Healthy Body

– Build endurance through daily riding and exercising

– Eat whole, unprocessed foods

 

A Healthy Soul

– Strengthen friendships and create new ones

– Learn something new every day

– Share and care!

 

A Healthy Bike

– Find economical ways to maintain a bicycle

– Search for and/or create alternatives to bicycle chemicals (lubricants and degreasers), tools, and road gear
